1. Acceptance of Terms
By contacting Emmye Travels, submitting a booking inquiry, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Our Services
Emmye Travels provides travel-related services including but not limited to:
- Domestic and international flight ticket bookings
- Hotel and accommodation reservations
- Visa processing assistance and documentation guidance
- Airport transfer arrangements
- Travel consultation and itinerary planning
- Passport application and renewal assistance
3. Bookings and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Emmye Travels. A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment as communicated by our team. Prices quoted are valid at the time of enquiry and may be subject to change until payment is received.
We accept payments via bank transfer and other methods as advised by our team. Payment details will be provided securely during the booking process.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary depending on the airline, hotel, or service provider involved. Emmye Travels will communicate the applicable cancellation terms at the time of booking. In general:
- Cancellations made well in advance may be eligible for a partial or full refund, subject to supplier terms
- Last-minute cancellations may incur significant charges or forfeit payments made
- Service fees charged by Emmye Travels for consultation and processing are non-refundable
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 business days
5. Visa and Travel Documentation
Emmye Travels provides assistance with visa applications and travel documentation, but cannot guarantee visa approval. Visa decisions rest solely with the relevant embassy or consulate. It is your responsibility to ensure you hold valid travel documents, including a passport with sufficient validity, before travel. We are not liable for costs arising from denied visa applications or failure to obtain required documentation.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure. Emmye Travels is not responsible for losses, medical expenses, trip cancellations, or other incidents that may occur during travel.
7. Limitation of Liability
Emmye Travels acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and other third-party service providers. We are not liable for any loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party suppliers, force majeure events (including natural disasters, civil unrest, or pandemics), or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Client Responsibilities
As a client of Emmye Travels, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete personal information for bookings
- Ensuring your travel documents are valid and up to date
- Arriving at departure points at the required times
- Complying with the laws and regulations of all destinations visited
- Promptly communicating any changes to your travel plans
9. Changes to These Terms
Emmye Travels reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
